Dallas Zoo is located 3 miles south of downtown Dallas, Texas It is the oldest and largest zoological park in Texas. It is home to over 2k animals.
First thing that I liked about Dallas Zoo is that it's very well maintained. You can clearly notice that when you are there.
One of the best and most amazing part about zoo is that it's very kid's friendly. They have so many activities for kids to keep them fully engaged and active.
Super easy to navigate and staff was very friendly as well. Although it was really hot during summer but there are plenty of shades and fans with water mist
Very well organized, every section of zoo is designed uniquely for the animal specific sight. My favorite place was the area where you can feed giraffe which was fun.
Really a great place to spend with your family. You can easily spend 4 to 5 hours there. Although I didn't try but I heard good reviews about food there.
If you are going with kids I would recommend going for Dino safari, Kids will definitely enjoy that. Overall it was a great experience and fun day.
