A Day In Saint Louis
Category : Collaboration
Visiting a new city is always fun because you get a chance to explore new things. I must tell you, last 2 weeks of December were totally awesome and we had too much fun. For Christmas long weekend we had no plans till last moment and then we decided to go for a long drive. We have covered most of places near Oklahoma so the only option left was St. Louis. We knew the weather will be bad but still we took chance and drove 6 hours. We reached there in evening so couldn’t enjoy the famous Arch view. Stayed there for a night and morning view was completely different and awesome because there was a heavy snow fall that night. So, we went back to Arch again to enjoy the view. The tallest man-made monument in the United States, the Gateway Arch. Riding to the top (630 feet) in the little retro elevator pod and looking whole St. Louis city from a little window was a thrilling experience.
Now let’s talk about my outfit details. Because it was a chilling day, I decided to fully cover myself and picked up this jacket which is from Twinkledeals. I love good chunky and cozy jackets like this so, I ordered 2-3 jackets from this website. Well, out of all this was warmest so I picked this. One more thing I liked about this jacket is that the fur hood is detachable so, you can either keep that on shoulders or use that to hide the neck. I paired it with a skin-tight jeans which is from Gap and white printed top.
For completing my look, I wore wine color thigh high flat boots and my new favorite Ray ban sunglasses. There are plenty of ways to wear these huge trendy boots. These boots featuring bold color with faux suede fabric, close toe, inner zipper and back tie followed. I got these boots from amiclubwear.com. I have many boots from Amiclubwear so, I blindly rely on quality, my main reason for this selection was color. Heel is approximately 1.25 which is perfect when you know you will have to walk too much.
